Liability Waiver: By signing up for this free trial class I understand that I, the parent, legal guardian of a minor student and/or adult student, waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal dance activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class time or other activity associated with studio functions held at the studio. In addition, the school is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students and/or videos of classroom participation to use in brochures, studio website, social media pages, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the school creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photos and/or videos in its name. If you choose NOT to consent to the use of photographs and/or videos of your dancer, please state in the “notes for the free trial dance class?” section below that you “object to the use of any photos or videos of your child“.
